2. TOYOTANI ? Film Detailed Instructions
TOYOTANI ? (1) TOYOTANI ?Film Productive Process
Mixing polyolefin and master batch, then transporting to extrusion machine, extruded by 3 layers extrusion mold, through blowing, stretching, cooling, then folded in rolls.
TOYOTANI ? Film has the thickness from 60 microns to 200 microns, fixed roll length 350m. We can cut or weld according to the size customer’s request. Three layers extrusion, extruded by 3 sets of extrusion machines, finally gather and blow at the mold position.
(2) TOYOTANI ? film function features
(a) Long use life
TOYOTANI ? Film uses acid-resistance light stabilization additives, UV-absorber and anti-oxidant, guarantee 3 years for 120 microns, 4 years for 150 microns and 5 years for 200 microns. Enough additives can keep physical strength for a a long time while acid-resistance light stabilization additives can anti-pesticide.
(b) High percentage of light transmission
Light transmission means the percentage of light crossing from outside to the inside of greenhouses, visible light needed by crops is from 400 to 700 nanometers, which is used for photosynthesis of crops. TOYOTANI ? Film uses more Metallocene to ensure light transmission percentage up to above 90%, above 88% even after long time use.
(c) Better mechanical behavior
In TOYOTANI ? Film formulation, added more than 30% metallocene resin, resulting in higher mechanical strength than common resin, improves wind-resistance ability.
(d) Sustainable anti-drip and anti-fog functions
Among three layers, the middle layer can hold more anti-dripping additives; the combination of large and small molecules can ensure film anti-dripping performance, low-temperature performance, high-temperature performance, and timeliness.
(e) Good thermal function
Compared to common film, TOYOTANI ? Film increases thermal layer, added thermal additives and EVA, which is helping to separate infrared and decrease heat consumption in the night time.
Adding antistatic in the outer layer can reduce dust to adhere to the surface of films and adjusting the proportion of resin can reduce physical absorbing to ensure film anti-dust in an outdoor environment and also improve light transmission.
(g) Other custom-made diffused film
FLC can manufacture diffused films with diffusion rate above 60%, which can keep the light inside of greenhouse well-distributed. High diffusion rate can make crops grow and mature faster, improve outputs of crops, this kind of film is especially used in some strong sunlight, high temperature and long-summer districts like nearing equator area.
